If you are unsatisfied with your aquarium upon arrival simply repack the unused aquarium in the manner it was originally packaged and return within 15 days of receiving date. There is a $250 restocking fee for all returned aquariums. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. The aquarium must be received in like new, saleable condition. The Jellyfish Shop WILL NOT accept aquariums that are used or not in like new condition. Any aquariums received in unsaleable condition will not be refunded.
If your aquarium was damaged in shipping you will need to file a damage claim with he shipper immediately. Please inspect your aquarium carefully upon arrival for any damages.
